Are these stock pictures and photos legal to use?
Make sure to carefully read the Terms of Use Page on any web site you are purchasing stock photos from. Most stock photo sites do not allow the models photos and pictures to be shown on any adult websites, dating sites, swinger sites, strip club sites and the like. As a matter of fact you can actually be sued if you do use them wrongly.

"Licensee may not: Use any Content in any way that is in Licensor’s reasonable opinion pornographic, defamatory, obscene, offensive, libelous, or in any way illegal, whether directly or in context or juxtaposition with specific subject matter and/or other materials; Use Content that depicts a person as part of any use involving sensitive subjects, including, without limitation, topics that may depict the subject matter of the Content in a negative or unfavorable light, that subject persons to ridicule, that imply illegal activities, and topics regarding all sexual issues, feminine hygiene, incontinence, impotence, sexually transmitted diseases, teen pregnancy, abortion and adoption, welfare or economic aid, dating agencies, substance abuse, physical or mental abuse, alcohol, drugs, tobacco, homosexual or alternative lifestyles, political or religious affiliation, medical conditions or procedures, other health and mental health issues, or the disparagement of a person or product;"
"Use an Image in a way that places any person depicted in the Image in a bad light or in a way that they may find offensive - this includes, but is not limited to the use of Images: a) in pornography, "adult videos" or the like; b) in ads for tobacco products; c) in ads or promotional materials for adult entertainment clubs or similar venues, or for escort, dating or similar services; d) in connection with political endorsements; e) in advertisements or promotional materials for pharmaceutical or healthcare, herbal or medical products, including, but not limited to dietary supplements, digestive aids, herbal supplements, personal hygiene or birth control products; and f) uses that are defamatory, or contain otherwise unlawful, offensive or immoral content. You may not use an Image containing the likeness of a person if such use implies that the model engages in any immoral or illegal activity or suffers from a physical or mental infirmity, ailment or condition. "
"depicted in the Content is a model, that depicts such person in a potentially sensitive subject matter, including, but not limited to mental and physical health issues, social issues, sexual or implied sexual activity or preferences, substance abuse, crime, physical or mental abuse or ailments, or any other subject matter that would be reasonably likely to be offensive or unflattering to any person reflected in the Content"
